HOPE Buffalo, Community Action Team (CAT) January 23, 2020 Meeting

Meeting Highlights: 

- Buffalo Public Schools WSCC Coordinator will facilitate a review of the current BPS Wellness Policy. HOPE Buffalo will provide potential revisions. 

- Erie County Department of Health will present PATCH (Providers & Teens Communicating about Health) for our members. 

 

The HOPE Buffalo Community Action Team (CAT) is comprised of local community influencers and implementers and highly respected community members, including youth who will provide support for culture change, support implementation of Evidenced-Based Interventions (EBIs), best practices and other innovative strategies that foster a sense of purpose and HOPE for Buffalo's future. 

 

Please take a few minutes to RSVP your attendance for the upcoming HOPE Buffalo Community Action Team (CAT) meeting.
